Lemi Orhan Ergin is a highly skilled Software Crafter and Co-Founder of Craftbase and Craftgate. With over 18 years of relevant experience, he is a motivated, disciplined, and passionate software developer who believes in ethical development, craftsmanship, professionalism, agile and lean mindset, devops culture, and continuous delivery. At Craftbase, Lemi is responsible for leading a team of software crafters who have 10+ years of expertise in building well-crafted software. He strongly believes in the company's values and principles and strives to create a better technology company that builds the right products to make customers happier than ever. Lemi is also the Founder and Co-Organizer of the Software Craftsmanship Turkey Community, where he volunteers to build a community that shares knowledge to become better developers. He organized the CraftSummit 2015 conference with ACM, the very first and only Software Craftsmanship conference in Turkey. Prior to Craftbase, Lemi worked at iyzico as an Agile Software Craftsman and Agile Practice Lead. He focused on cultivating an engineering culture based on software craftsmanship and an agile/lean mindset. He was responsible for training, mentoring, coding, discussing, leading, and facilitating. Lemi completed his high school education at Izmir 60. Yil Anadolu Lisesi in 1997. He is highly skilled in DevOps and Senior Software Engineering.
